Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for:

• ✓ Failed or unsuccessful transactions
• ✓ Wrong item delivered
• ✓ Missing item from the order
• ✓ Order not delivered
• ✓ Verified food quality or packaging issues

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method and respective payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable for:

• ✓ Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
• ✓ Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
• ✓ Cancellation after food preparation has started
• ✓ Personal taste preferences
• ✓ Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
